The Sourcebook presents fifty two double sided pages with over 200 beautiful photographs that highlight artists and master craftsmen who specialize in producing unique, custom items for the home. All work is done by artists and craftspeople living and working on Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, or Nantucket. Each piece reflects the unique beauty and environment that makes this region so special and inspires the artist. Clay may contain beach sand; stained glass may have treasures from a visit; furniture may have reclaimed wood. The one-of-a-kind items you will find among the pages of the Sourcebook are high quality and long lasting, created by individuals who have proven reputations with the local design and build sector. They include hand-woven fabrics, custom sinks, stone fireplaces, hand-painted murals, wood cabinets and furniture, concrete countertops, wrought-iron rails and hand-blown lighting fixtures. Many of the artists have national and international reputations, featured in such publications as House Beautiful, Coastal Living, and on programs like NECN’s “Dream House.”
